Site plan / land registry plan
Rough sketch and / or accurate description of proposal, include requirements for accommodation and size, for example a kitchen extension of 4m x 5m or a new 3 bedroom house
Any restrictions (listed building, conservation area, covenants etc.) or anything which may potentially be problematic such as existing drainage runs or levels
