3D Site Massing Study
Let’s Design Architecture was appointed to carry out a Massing Study, to illustrate the impact of a proposed development of 6no. houses at Debenham. The 3D model was accurately plotted showing verified views following site visits to the neighbouring properties, existing topographical data, some ‘on site’ check measurements and plans which had been submitted to the council (by others).
Please note that the housing development scheme shown here was NOT designed by Let’s Design Architecture. We were commissioned to provide an independent site massing report for illustration purposes only.
