We were appointed by a private housing developer who had purchased a site with planning permission for three dwellings. We redesigned the properties to make them more interesting and improve the layouts. We then followed the project through building regulations stages on behalf of the customer. During this process, we worked alongside independent structural engineers, civil engineers, and drainage experts, who assisted with the detailed design. We redesigned the access and turning circle to comply with the Suffolk design standards, so that emergency vehicles are able to manoeuvre on site. Trees and hedgerows around the site have been retained in order to maintain the local biodiversity.
