Let's Design Architecture provides a full set of drawings for building regulations approval, including dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections, window/door schedule and full specification. Indicative electrics layouts and interior layouts can also be provided.

The specification will include the whole make up of the building, from foundations to roof. Let's Design Architecture will run through the specification with you and your builder to check that you are happy with the construction methods.

Let's Design Architecture will liaise on your behalf with the Building Control Officer as well as your appointed structural and civil engineers, energy assessors, quantity surveyors and other consultants as necessary to ensure your building project runs smoothly.

Let's Design Architecture also can provide the services of preparing documentation for Principal Designer (design stage) and invitations to tender, as well as being able to assist with project co-ordination.
