Zoe Reeve-Jones MCIAT, BArch (Hons), BA (Hons)

Chartered Architectural Technologist & Director

For over twelve years Zoe worked as an Architectural Assistant at a well established architectural practice in Suffolk, working closely with a team of architects, architectural assistants and CAD technicians. During this time, she worked closely with a reputable architect, Patrick Allen RIBA, from whom she gained a great deal of knowledge and experience. Following the birth of her twin boys in 2015, she made the decision for her family to become self-employed and founded the business 'Let's Design Architecture'.

In 2004 Zoe obtained her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree, BA(Hons), in Architecture at De Montfort University, Leicester (equivalent to RIBA Part I). In 2008 she went on to achieve a post-graduate RIBA Part II Bachelor of Architecture degree, BArch(Hons), and is now registered as an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

Being interested in both design and technology of architecture, in 2020 Zoe furthered her career progression by achieving CIAT Chartered status. As a Chartered Architectural Technologist, MCIAT, she is able to offer a full range of architectural services.

One of her career highlights was achieving a Highly Commended Award from The Concrete Centre for the design of a Suffolk Ecohouse and her work was showcased at RIBA, London for a period of time in 2007. In 2018 her design was shortlisted in a competition to provide a multi-user community building in Elmswell, Suffolk. She also worked on award winning projects during her time in practice whilst working alongside architect Patrick Allen.

As an accomplished designer, Zoe was fortunate to be able to deisgn and build her own home, experiencing every aspect of the building process first hand, growing her expertise based on this unique and rewarding experience.
