At Let’s Design Architecture we are able to create high quality digital 3D models for our projects.

During the design stage 3D models can help clients to visualise their project and develop their ideas alongside plan and elevation drawings.

During the planning stage 3D models help to communicate our intentions to the planners and satisfy their requirements so that we can succesfully gain planning approval.

The kind of representation necessary for each model will depend on where it will be used.

For example, during the early stages of a project a simple massing model may convey the information required. Whereas the project develops, a detailed model would better represent the project’s intentions, such as material choices.
